Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach employees on store policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock for proper placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and keep an orderly store.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Represent the Cloudsteppers brand in-store.
• Follow loss prevention and shrinkage policies.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Physical duties: standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
