Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Collinsville, Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with opening and closing procedures, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment.

This is a part-time position; prior retail or store management experience is preferred and candidates must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lead, develop and coach team members.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily store activities.
• Support customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from truck to stockroom and floor.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
