JCPenney in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team in delivering a premier customer experience and driving store results. You will help execute store operations, train and motivate associates, and maintain a visually appealing, high-energy environment.

You will model company values, handle POS transactions on shifts, and step into supervisor duties when the Store Manager is away, while staying flexible to evenings and weekends.

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Overview

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $15.00/Hr -USD $20.50/Hr.
