Aéropostale is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team in delivering an excellent customer experience and driving results. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and lead a positive team environment. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires a proactive, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities include growing sales, product knowledge, and customer relationships while modeling company values and managing shifts with integrity and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume apparel is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $19.25/Hr -USD $24.75/Hr.
