Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• As Part-Time Supervisor, support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
