Job summary

Converse Albertville, a Nike, Inc. brand, is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor to energize our team. You’ll lead by example, deliver great customer service, and help bring the consumer journey to life in a fast-paced store environment in Albertville, MN.

Hours are 25 per week, including nights, weekends and holidays. The role offers employee discounts and growth opportunities, with hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $26.00, depending on location, qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S.).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
