The role requires supervisory experience in apparel retail, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a collaborative, energetic mindset to motivate the team and delight customers.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in apparel/retail preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and goals.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for customer experience and store standards in merchandising and operations.
• Execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager and perform POS transactions on designated shifts.
• Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude.
