Job summary

Michaels is seeking a part-time Retail Manager to lead merchandising and day-to-day operations at the Glendale store. The role drives in-store execution, pricing integrity, and promotional activity while ensuring a customer-ready environment and strong workload planning.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of retail leadership experience, can manage stock flow and inventory routines, and will support Store Management, including backroom organization and team development.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing, promotions, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving, stock movement, and backroom organization.
