Fabletics is seeking a driven Part-Time Store Associate for Fashion Show in Las Vegas. You will support a seamless online-to-offline shopping journey, engage customers on fabrics and fit, and work with a dynamic team to hit sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and fit.
• Ability to engage customers and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Familiar with retail POS systems.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easier and add value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to help improve the business.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance and efficiency.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards in the store.
• Unpack inventory boxes; expect items weighing 10–30 lbs.
