Job summary

Fabletics is seeking Part-time Store Associates for The Summit Birmingham in Birmingham, AL. You will help customers connect their online and in-store experiences, engage shoppers with product knowledge, and support a fast-paced team dedicated to reaching sales goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise standards, unpacking inventory, and assisting with events. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; 18+ years old preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with good communication.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• This position involves constant movement and standing for extended periods.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside store through events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance shopping experience.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes weigh 10–30 lbs.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to sales and efficiency.
