Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead in Lawrenceville, NJ to support the Receiving team and guide associates in stocking and merchandise displays. The role involves leading by example and solving problems in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll need a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and must be able to lift 40 lbs or more while helping maintain a neat stock and sales floor. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving Associates and support the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor.
• Model Back of House standards for receiving/stocking and ensure orderly stock areas.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition for good performance.
