Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Stocking Team Lead in Stockbridge, GA. This role leads Receiving Associates and supports the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor, helping ensure merchandise displays come to life and store standards are met.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and driving results in a fast-paced retail environment. Competitive pay, flexible hours, and associate discounts are offered.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.
