Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support the Back of House/Receiving team. You will guide Receiving Associates, ensure neat stock and a well-presented sales floor, and coach team members to uphold store policies.

You should be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift 40 lbs+ as needed. Competitive pay and benefits apply for eligible part-time staff.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

• Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
