Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Indianapolis to support store operations, greet customers, ring up sales, sort donations, and help maintain a clean sales floor.

You will rotate through roles including Cashier, Donation Door Attendant, and eCommerce/ware producer as needed; strong customer focus and teamwork are valued; compensation is hourly with benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customer orders and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with donation processing and front-store maintenance.
• Stock shelves and ensure clean, organized sales floor.
• Support eCommerce and backroom duties as needed.
