Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support store operations at our Columbus, IN location. You may learn and perform roles such as cashier, textiles or wares producer, donation door attendant, and eCommerce producer.

You will help maintain a clean sales floor, handle customer questions, and apply Goodwill procedures. The role offers an hourly rate of $11 and requires flexibility to work varied shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: ring up orders, balance drawer, follow cash handling procedures.
• Textiles or Wares Producer: sort, tag, and stage merchandise; meet production targets.
• Donation Door Attendant: manage donations, keep backroom organized, load/unload as needed.
• eCommerce Producer: identify valuable items for ClickGoodwill and prepare for shipping.
• e-Books Producer: decide display items and pack totes for ClickGoodwill.
• Rack and Cart Runner: maintain clean racks, stock shelves, and update production sheets.
