Job summary

CVS Pharmacy in Fullerton, CA, is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff in the absence of management and ensure opening/closing duties are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and managing displays per planograms. 29 hours weekly with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and supervise activities in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints in line with policy.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays, and reset departments per POGs.
