Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to collect in-store data at local retailers weekly, across grocery, convenience and more. You will use a mobile app to scan barcodes and report product quantities for a subset of items, with additional Custom Projects adding hours as needed.

Expected schedule averages 2–4.5 hours weekly per store, with potential extra hours during peak periods. This role supports client data needs while offering flexible scheduling and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to endure standing for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to perform repetitive movements and work independently.
• Access to reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes across multiple store locations weekly using a mobile app.
• Complete in-store data collection for grocery, drug, mass merchandise and more.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products as required.
• Participate in Custom Projects that add 1–2 hours per week per store.
• Meet weekly deadlines and maintain data quality for clients.
