Job summary

Circana is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit selected local stores weekly to scan barcodes and collect data for retailers.

You will use a mobile app to scan items, perform in-store scanning across displays, and handle occasional custom projects. Reliable Wi-Fi, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Hours average 2–4.5 per week across stores with additional hours for special projects throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods and access products in-store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach 6 feet.
• Able to perform repetitive movements for prolonged periods.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter with reliable Wi‑Fi and tech‑savvy.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in multiple store areas as part of in-store data collection.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of scanned products weekly.
• Visit stores weekly for 52 weeks to support client data needs.
• Complete display scanning across the entire store and assist with special projects.
• Meet weekly deadlines and ensure data quality for retailers.
