Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores weekly for data collection, scanning barcodes with a mobile app, and supporting retailers with accurate product information.

Shifts average 6.5–12.5 hours per week across stores, with occasional 1–2 extra hours for special projects. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable Wi‑Fi. Benefits include 401(k) with matching and a referral program.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes in designated stores using a mobile app.
• Perform in-store data collections across grocery, convenience, drug, and mass merchandise stores.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of products scanned.
• Complete Store Displays Scanning weekly; scheduling details reviewed during interview.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain data quality.
