Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local retailers and perform in-store data collections every week for 52 weeks, including holiday weeks. You’ll use a mobile app to scan barcodes across multiple store areas and report quantities for roughly half of scanned products.

You’ll be responsible for timely data delivery, with some weeks including Custom Projects that extend scanning time. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and Wi‑Fi are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in multiple locations throughout each store.
• Provide the quantity for about 45% of the products scanned.
• Complete Display Scanning across the entire store weekly, which can take several hours.
• Custom Projects may add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store during peak weeks.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to deliver data to clients.
