Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers in Kentucky, including Columbia and Campbellsville.

You will use a mobile app on your phone to scan barcodes, report quantities, and support data accuracy for client stores. The role offers flexible hours and pay at $16/hr, with travel compensation and benefits such as sick time and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods and to access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be deadline-driven and have reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year.
• Use a downloadable mobile app to scan barcodes in store locations.
• Provide quantity data for about 45% of products scanned.
• Complete Display Scanning across the store weekly, which can take several hours.
• Participate in Custom Projects that add 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per week per store.
• Meet weekly deadlines and deliver quality data for clients.
