Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to conduct in-store data collection across local retailers. You will use a mobile app to scan barcodes throughout grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores. Flexible hours average 5–10 hours weekly with additional project work throughout the year.

You must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. The role includes paid travel, sick time, and 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• :18+ years old with valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with insurance
• Able to stand for long periods and reach/store items
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and bend/stretch
• Attention to detail and independent work
• Must have reliable Wi‑Fi and be tech capable
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers each week
• Scan barcodes across displays and product locations
• Complete displays scanning weekly with possible extra projects
• Meet weekly deadlines and provide accurate quantities for a sample of products
• Work with multiple store types (grocery, convenience, drug, pet, mass merchandisers)
• Report to assigned locations and follow client scheduling requirements
