Job summary

Circana is seeking a part-time Retail Scan Associate to visit local stores in Mason and surrounding areas to scan barcodes on displays and aisles. You’ll work 8–10 hours per week across stores, with potential for extra hours on special projects.

The role requires reliable transportation, basic tech skills, and the ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and meet deadlines. Compensation ranges from $15 to $16 per hour and includes travel pay, sick time, and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline-driven self-starter.
• Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• In-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes.
• Provide quantity for about 45% of products scanned.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines and deliver data to clients.
• Possibility of additional time for Custom Projects per store.
