Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local grocery, drug, and mass retailers in Lincoln City, OR, using a mobile app to scan barcodes and capture display data. The base hours average 2–4.5 per week, with extra hours for special projects across 52 weeks a year.

Reliability, attention to detail, and independent work are essential. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and Wi‑Fi access are required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods, while accessing products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers weekly for 52 weeks.
• Scan barcodes across multiple store locations using a mobile app.
• Provide quantity estimates for about 45% of scanned products.
• Complete Display Scanning in the entire store weekly.
• Assist with Custom Projects adding 30 minutes to 2 hours in some weeks.
