AT&T in Chicago is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join the team on a part-time basis. You will guide customers with a consultative sales approach on the store floor and participate in events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets with uncapped commissions, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
