Whistle Workwear in Lacey, WA is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and help drive daily sales within our Work World family stores.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Bi-lingual candidates are a plus and employees receive sick time and generous discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Complete customers transactions at the cash register, including taking payments, and issuing receipts
• Tag prices on merchandise
• Contribute to team’s daily sales goals
