Job summary

Work World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Tacoma, WA to join our growing team. You will help customers in store and over the phone, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to daily sales goals.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus and employee discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bi-Lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Complete customer transactions at the cash register, including taking payments and issuing receipts.
• Tag prices on merchandise.
• Contribute to team’s daily sales goals.
