Job summary

Whistle Workwear in Shoreline, WA is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our store team on a part-time evening shift. You’ll help customers with product information, answer questions, and process transactions with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and a professional appearance. Bilingual skills are a plus, and you’ll enjoy employee discounts and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services.
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone.
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service.
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution.
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives.
