Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Tigard, OR. You will engage customers with a consultative sales approach, guiding choices across AT&T's devices and services to meet their needs.

You’ll participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls. The weekly schedule runs 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 20 hours per week and coaching available to reach sales goals.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Follow a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment and keep up with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Help customers meet goals with product knowledge and personalized service.
