Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right devices and services. You’ll work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends, with a pay structure that combines hourly pay and uncapped commissions.

You’ll join a team focused on personable, consultative service, meeting sales goals and building lasting connections in-store. Training and tools are provided to help you excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.
• Fast-paced environment; being flexible and open to change helps you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance scheduling.
• This role involves meeting sales targets and representing AT&T products and services.
