Amazing Intimate Essentials in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate at our W. Housatonic location. You will promote sales by engaging with customers, educating them on products and offers, and ensuring a personalized shopping experience.

Qualifications

Willing to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Excellent communication with customers.
Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and procedures.
Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Influence customer buying decisions by educating customers on products, offers and specials.
Maintain a selling environment focused on the customer first.
Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
Adherence to all retail policies and procedures.
Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning.
Other duties as assigned.
