Job summary

Amazing Intimate Essentials, serving the New England area for over 40 years, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate at our Thurbers Avenue location. You will engage customers, educate on products, and drive sales while earning commissions on top of base pay.

This role supports a diverse customer base and involves stock, merchandising, and checkout duties. Must be able to work nights/weekends, be 18+, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Available for opening and closing shifts.
• Desire to work with a diverse customer base and sell novelties and apparel.
• Ability to communicate with customers and employees.
• Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Able to learn new procedures quickly and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Influence customer buying decisions by educating on products, offers and specials.
• Maintain a selling environment focused on the customer first.
• Work as a team to ensure excellent service for every customer.
• Adhere to all retail policies and procedures.
• Perform daily tasks like stock work, re-merchandising, display setup, price markdowns, transfers and light cleaning.
