This part-time role supports evenings, weekends, and holidays. Eligible for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales, with a $14.00 hourly base rate and a commission terms and conditions agreement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working in a retail environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Desire to improve selling behavior and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and provide an exceptional selling experience for all Purple customers.
• Make strategic sales decisions aligned to Purple values and performance metrics.
• Set and pursue personal goals, monitor progress, and track performance.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
