Little Green Apple is seeking a part-time Sales Leader in Cedar Rapids to deliver friendly, proactive customer service and drive store performance. You will open/close shifts, assist with stock, and mentor team members while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities include product knowledge sharing, promoting promotions, and ensuring an inviting shopping environment. You’ll work with store management to meet sales goals and support daily operations, including curbside and Hallmark.com orders.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three times per week, and also work two weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
