Job summary

Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Leader for our South Mountain Shopping Center location in Emmaus, PA. The role focuses on delivering a caring customer experience while leading sales floor activities and supporting management.

Responsibilities include supervising staff in the store’s absence, training on new products, and maintaining displays. A high school diploma and retail supervisory experience are preferred; flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
• Provide supervision in the absence of the store manager and assistant manager.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Learn and operate the register system to ensure a positive customer experience.
