Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or higher.
• Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store to drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with customers.
• Be a visible, accessible resource on the sales floor and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet store goals and enrollment targets for Crown Rewards program.
• Assist management in developing and training staff on products and processes.
• Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of the store manager.
• Learn and operate the register system to ensure a positive checkout experience.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by management.
