Job summary

Little Green Apple Hallmark is seeking a part-time Sales Leader who is enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and hardworking. You will drive sales and customer service, recommend products, and model best retail practices while supporting store leadership.

You will open/close shifts as needed, assist with merchandising, stock room duties, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters community and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store at least three times per week, and two weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in specialty retail, sales, or customer service.

• Creating and maintaining a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
• Building and sharing expertise on products, promotions, services, and brand rewards programs.
• Serving as a support for store management with the team.
• Help customers find the right card and gift solutions to connect and care.
• Stocking, merchandising, and handling store operations and curbside services.
• Delivering an exceptional shopping experience that inspires customer loyalty.
• Collaborating with the team to meet sales goals and ensure customers leave with needed items.
