Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our team at our St. Louis, MO location. You will provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles, focusing on store goals and maximizing sales, while assisting with opening and closing the store.

All part-time employees earn PTO and enjoy generous discounts and incentives. You will also support merchandising and promote rewards programs, ensuring a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Three years of retail or customer service experience with a passion for guest service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles and help achieve store goals.
• Assist in opening and closing the store; act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, markdowns and visuals in adherence to standards.
• Handle sales and register transactions and cash/credit payments.
• Promote Jockey Rewards membership and other company programs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and protect company assets.
