Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and drive store sales and goals
• Provide feedback, coaching and supervision of associates
• Assist store leadership and cover breaks or opening in absence of a supervisor
• Interact with customers and maintain a VIP-level service standard while following company policies
