Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Sales Lead (Part-time) for our University Village store in Seattle, WA. You’ll drive personal sales, hit performance goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while modeling Purple’s values.

The role also involves coaching team members and growing selling skills. The part-time position is expected to work approximately 15-29 hours per week, includes eligibility for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales, and requires flexibility to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
