Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Part-Time specialized advisor to support the store management and motivate floor staff to exceed sales targets. You will engage customers and deliver an exceptional shopping experience, while maintaining brand standards on the floor and in the warehouse.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position offers employee discounts and benefits consistent with a major retail leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with cash registers and related POS systems.
• Bilingual abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Build strong connections with customers to ensure positive interactions.
• Support customer service initiatives and store standards.
• Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and inventory monitoring.
• Help with floor merchandising, display maintenance, and floor/warehouse cleanliness.
• Organize the warehouse with clear labeling and orderly placement.
• Lead store opening/closing procedures when management is absent.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
