Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a part-time, hourly associate in Loganville, GA. You will thoroughly examine and grade donated goods, process items efficiently, and assist guests with a friendly, brand-first attitude.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, perform POS transactions, support merchandising, and participate in trainings to grow professionally. The role includes benefits such as PTO, employee discounts, health/dental/vision coverage, uniforms, and access to career

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement.
• Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote the brand while suggesting additional items.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and guest-first attitude.
• Transition products to the retail salesfloor with care and urgency.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies.
• Handle point of sale transactions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with management and peers.
• Promote teamwork and assist colleagues as needed.
• Participate in trainings and follow training playbooks and instructions.
