Job summary

AT&T in Appleton, WI is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with a consultative approach on the sales floor.

You'll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, with a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Training is provided if you have no prior sales experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission opportunities.
• Work a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends.
