Job summary

AT&T in Olympia, WA is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with consultative guidance and personalize solutions. You’ll help shoppers choose devices and services while earning commissions based on performance.

You'll work around 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with access to extensive product training and a supportive team. Prior retail or customer-facing sales is a plus, and all learning is provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.

• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance scheduling.
• This is a fast-paced environment; be flexible and open to change to meet customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training is provided to help you meet goals.

• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $24,457 and $48,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.

(Prorated Commissions are $6,850 for Part-Time)
