Job summary

Vivobarefoot is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for the SoHo Flagship in New York City. You will deliver warm, authentic customer experiences and guide customers on their barefoot journey with product knowledge and natural movement principles.

Responsibilities include educating customers, achieving store sales goals, supporting promotions, stocking, and operating with professionalism and care. A passion for movement and customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong team-first mindset.
• Retail, hospitality, fitness or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, authentic and human customer experiences every day.
• Guide customers through their barefoot journey using product knowledge and natural movement principles.
• Educate customers on Vivobarefoot products and brand philosophy.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Contribute to store sales goals through exceptional customer engagement.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Support promotions, launches and key trading periods.
• Work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the sales floor and back of house.
• Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Support inventory counts and stock movement activities.
• Welcome customers attending events, workshops, walks and run clubs.
