Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask while attending to customers and adapting to business needs.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and delivering world-class service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to the customers' needs with in-depth product knowledge.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Thank customers and invite return visits; be a TPS brand ambassador.
• Build customer loyalty by being friendly, attentive and respectful.
• Contribute to a positive work environment with professionalism and honest communication.
• Present oneself professionally in attire and demeanor per dress code.
• Support sales efforts across channels to maximize store performance.
• Capture accurate customer information at the POS.
• Be aware of current promotions and process them correctly at POS.
• Participate in training and development; utilize available resources.
• Prepare incoming product for the floor following guidance from supervisors.
• Merchandise products per visual standards and guidelines.
• After training, perform ear piercings and ensure safe, sanitary experiences where applicable.
• Demonstrate basic computer, system, and program knowledge relevant to the role.
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep; perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
