You will handle day‑to‑day operations, assist customers in choosing products, and promote the loyalty program while maintaining brand standards. Ideal candidates are people‑oriented with a passion for retail, capable of working a flexible schedule, and comfortable with cash handling and store procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage customers to identify products and build relationships.
• Maintain visual merchandising, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist in opening/closing procedures.
• Achieve personal sales targets and promote the rewards/loyalty program; process transactions accurately and safeguard POS integrity.
