Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our store team in Indiana. The role involves greeting customers, guiding purchases, and processing transactions at the POS while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities include promoting current promotions, executing the Five Steps to a Sale, and assisting with in-store orders and merchandising. The position supports a flexible schedule with weekend/evening hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention is a plus.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a POS system are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer as they enter the store and engage in the sale process.
• Execute the Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity and promote current promotions.
• Operate the POS system accurately to complete purchases and in-store orders.
• Provide outstanding service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
