Job summary

Runnings is seeking a Sales Associate to assist customers in our retail store with a strong focus on service. The role includes greeting customers, cashier duties, answering product questions, and general store upkeep.

Nights and weekends are required, with a schedule around 20 hours per week. The position offers compensation between $16.50 and $17.50 per hour, depending on experience, and reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clothing products.
• Excellent customer service required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle customer service questions.
• Price merchandise and process price changes as directed.
• Stock and face merchandise on shelves as directed.
• Assist in receiving freight and organizing products.
• Support cycle counts and cash handling.
• Handle customer transactions using the KCX system.
• Process returns and answer telephone inquiries.
