Job summary

Theisen’s is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Iowa Falls to join our store team. You will greet customers, help them select merchandise, and explain product features while assisting on the sales floor and at the register.

Responsibilities include stocking, maintaining displays, handling checkout, and ensuring the store stays clean and aligned with brand standards. A friendly attitude and reliable schedule are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-12 months retail experience preferred
• Valid driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to greet customers and assist with merchandise

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Approach customers storewide and guide them to merchandise
• Explain features and benefits of merchandise and suggest add-ons
• Maintain knowledge of products and stock
• Process purchases and handle checkout procedures
• Maintain shelf tagging and displays
• Receive and stock merchandise and manage transfers
• Keep store clean and safe; assist with inventory and closing duties
